Where the data is stored
The data is stored on the server of Jacobs & van Rooij.
Purpose
Jacobs & van Rooij processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- The personal data is used to link the completed personality analysis to the correct person.
- Contact details are used in case of uncertainty about the company where the applicant is applying or where the employee works.
How long we retain personal data
Jacobs & van Rooij does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply a retention period of 1 year after the completion of the recruitment and selection process.
Accessing, modifying, or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Jacobs & van Rooij and the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request within the retention period to have the personal data we hold about you sent to you or another organization of your choice in a computer file. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@j-vr.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document with your request. In this copy, please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Jacobs & van Rooij would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
In the case of a job application, the test results will only be discussed with the employer.
